1. What the service is

PlasmaCCP is a reduced-fluid simulator for fast trend screening of RF capacitively-coupled plasma (CCP). Outputs are directional signals showing how geometry, gas, pressure, power, and bias change the result — the absolute accuracy of any value is not warranted. It does not replace experiment, chamber metrology, or high-fidelity commercial simulation, and must not be used as the sole basis for process sign-off.

2. Accounts

Some features (saving geometries, the dashboard) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide an accurate email address, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt normal operation or place abusive load on the infrastructure through automated or excessive use.
• Do not access or attempt to access the service, accounts, or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or in a way that infringes others' rights.

4. Plans and billing

The simulator is currently free to use. Paid plans (such as Pro) are in preparation; when billing is enabled, prices and terms will be stated clearly in advance. If payment processing is introduced, it will run through a third-party payment processor and we will not store card details ourselves.

5. Your content and data

Geometries and simulation runs you create belong to you. We store and process them only as needed to operate the service, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Saved geometries are kept private to your account. Simulation run results are retained per plan — the 30 most recent on Free and the 150 most recent on Pro (older results are pruned automatically). Runs you pin are exempt from that limit and are not pruned.

6. Cancellation

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved geometries and simulation run data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Send deletion requests to the contact below.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." As a reduced trend model, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output. You must treat results as directional screening signals only, and decisions about process, equipment, or investment made on the basis of results remain your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its results.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law and the competent court for disputes will be determined and stated in this section once business registration is complete. Until then, no governing law or venue is designated.

9. Changes and contact
